PAUL MATHEW AS ADMINISTRATOR Mr. Paul Mathew, his wife, Nancy, sons Samuel and Richard, and and daughter Susan arr -ived in Terrace Bay the beginning of Jan. They are presently residing at I8I Hudson. Mr. Mathew received his B.A. from the Un iversity of Madras,- India. This degree has been accredited by the University of Saskatchewan. He holds diplomas in Nurs- ing, Diognostic Radiology and Financing and Accounting. Mr. Mathew has also completed a recognized two year course in Hospital Ad- ministration from the University of Saskat-~ chewan. Mr. Mathew was Administrator of the Hos- pital at Bentley, Alberta for three years and spent another three years as Administrator at Lynn Lake, Manitoba. BOARD-OF EDUCATION MEETING The Lake Superior Meeting No. I/76 was held in Marathon High School on January I, I976. Director of Education and Secretary, W.F. Pogue chaired the meeting until the el- ection of a Board Chairman was completed. Nominations for Chairman were: R. Weeks, J. Nugent and A. Gordon. As a result of balloting, R. Weeks was de- clared Chairman and immediately took over the chair from W.F. Pogue. Nominations for Vice-Chairman were: R. A- court and R. Ungar. Cont'd page 4..........
