This neighborhood rink concept and the maintenance thereof would be the respon- sibility of the interested people within the neighborhood which it serves. The Recreaticn Department would not be responsible for the maintenance of this type of facility. PUBLIC SKATING SESSIONS: -- A reminder to everyone that public skating sessions are free to skaters who are members of the Terrace Bay Recreation Association.
