NEIGHBORHOOD RINKS: If there happens to be a neighborhcod in aur community that would like to pursue the idea of neighborhood outdoor rinks, the Rec- reation Office is prepared to give informat- ion as to how lumber might be secured for this project. This neighborhood rink concept and the maintenance thereof would be the respon- sibility of the interested people within the neighborhood which it serves. The Recreaticn Department would not be responsible for the maintenance of this type of facility. PUBLIC SKATING SESSIONS: -- A reminder to everyone that public skating sessions are free to skaters who are members of the Terrace Bay Recreation Association. It is mandatory that skaters present their Recreation discs (yellow in colour) for free admittance to public skating sessions.
