The Workman's Compensation Board has again made arrangements for area cheque distribution throughout Ontario during the mail strike. The Board will operate courier service whi- ch will deliver cheques, and collect mail, for ~ Marathon, and Area to Northern Affairs Office, Peninsula Bldg., Marathon, Ontario. Payments should arrive on the day that they would normally be received by mail. Claimants should telephone 229-1153 first, to ensure that their cheque has arrived. When collecting their payment, claimants will be required to produce identification showing their claim number. The Workmen's Compensation Board sincerely regrets the inconvenience to claimants, espec- ially to those people who will need to travel PAGE 5 a considerable distance.
