Mrs. Daryl Davis, and her assistants Mrs. Wendy Martin and Mrs. Lorraine Weaver, were congraulated on the amount they had raised in the Poppy Campaign. Mrs. Barbara Smart agreed to carry on the weekly social evenings, and Mrs. Wendy Martin volunteered to convene the decorating committ- ee, assisted by Mrs. Lorraine Weaver. Mrs. Avila Richardson will be in charge of draws. Mesdames Isabel Delaronde, Charlotte Ross, and Earling Johnson agreed to act as telephone committee. Christmas gifts to. former local residents now in district homes were planned. An ex- change of gifts will be held at the January meeting when a social hour will follow the business meeting. Meeting nights will again be placed on the Kinette calendar for the year's events. Mrs. Avila Richardson, treasurer, and Mrs. Bea McCuaig, secretary, will prepare the fin- ancial statement for the Branch. Several members volunteered to assist the committee for the children's Christmas party.
