A circular from the Planning Committee of Thunder Bay informed the members of a seminar being held in connection with International Women's Year at Confederation College from November 29th to December Ist, with each com- munity in northwestern Ontario asked to send five delegates. The supply and social assistance committee reported that cartons of clothing have been shipped to Thunder Bay and another of baby clothing and layette would be sent to Wayside Mission Church. Mrs. Macadam, presenting the monthly report of the official Board meeting stated that Rev. Robert McLure, former Moderator of the United Church, would be the guest speaker at Marath- on United Church on November I7th. Tentative plans for a Christmas visit to Birchwood Terrace Home in Terrace Bay were made. Plans were completed for the Christmas bazaar and tea to be held on November 30th in the Town hall from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. Mrs. Macadam read articles entitled Band- ages for the Lepers and the Fellowship of the Least Coin. Members are asked to bring two articl- es for the Touch-and-Take table, in Christmas wrapping and with prices marked. Mrs. Dora Weaver, acting for the D.D.P., and assisted by Mrs. Mavis Slater as Dep. Marshall, Mrs. Helen Wallace as Dep. Treasurer and Mrs. Lil Harris as Dep. Chaplain, install- ed Mrs. Mary Fay Green as treasurer of the lodge. Mrs. Gladys Hamilton, reporting for the C.P. - Humanitarian Committee, stated the off- icers for this year are: Mrs. L.
