Ken is the eldest : son of Mr. and Mrs. T.B. Scott, Terrace Bay. Ken is presently employed by St. Mary's General Hospital at Timmins and plans to continue his studies in Advance Medical Technology. Graduation ceremonies were attended by his A surprise farewell party was held for Peggy Wellings, by the girls in the office and some of her former co-workers. Dinner. at LeBlanc's Restaurant in Schreiber was preceded by a cocktail hour, where Peggy received a corsage. During the dinner, Betty Bouchard presented Peg with a gift of an oil painting, a view of Terrace Bay as seen from Hydro hill, done by a local artist, Mary Midd- augh. Peggy leaves shortly for her new home in Kelowna, B.C. Having lived here for 27 years, she leaves with mixed emotions. Peg will be missed at the office, the golf cou- rse,and at the Curling Club.
