On Wednesday, September 25th, Helen Strickland of Confederation College will be showing slides of the Art Show from 7 p.m. on in the Schreiber Public School. Anyone interested in joining the Art Club should come to the school, Monday afternoons at 3 p.m. WINTERS SHOWER Miss Shirley Winters, whose marriage to David Hamilton takes place on October I9th was honoured at a community shower arranged in the Anglican Church Hall on September 21st. Assis- ting the bride-elect in receiving were her mother, Mrs. Jack Winters, Mrs. Leonard Carl- isle, her aunt and Mrs. Roger Perry a cousin. The tea was poured by Mrs. Robert Winters (grandmother) and Mrs. Gus Krause (aunt), Mrs. Robert Krause and Mrs. Donald Beno (cous- ins). . : Mrs. Con Duggan, aunt, was the table hostess and the servitors were the Missess Melanie Ross Arlene Krause, Joanne Winters, Mesdames Paddy Spadoni, Lance Stewart, Gary Gusul and Jim Dug- gan. Copies of the questionnaire are still avail- able from the Municipal Office. All senior citizens who received forms are requested to forward the completed forms to the Ontario Ministry of Housing. It is necessary that all INTERESTED senior citizens complete and forward the form. In this way, the Ministry can then ascertain the need for a Senior Citizens Housing Pro- ject.
