PAGE, 2 TERRACE BAY NEWS SEPTEMBER II, I974 Brian Desaulniers pleaded guilty to two charges of assault causing bodily harm. He was fined $100.00 on the first charge and $300.00 on the second. He was also placed on probation for one year. No plea was entered when Joseph Desaulniers (Jr.) and Theotimes Gionet were charged with six counts each of possessing stolen property. The cases were remanded for two weeks to en- able them to seek legal counsel. Robert Roberts pleaded guilty to squealing the tires of his motor vehicle. He was fined $50.00 : A trial in absentia was held when Jaak 0'Javee failed to appear on a charge of driving his vehicle over the lawn of the Recreation Centre. He was found guilty and fined $28.00.
