They had the privilege of hosting the only district I4 annual meeting ever held anywhere other than Thunder Bay. It was a great success due to the dedicated efforts of the Rainy River mem- bers. ; Sixty-six people registered. Seven of the eight societies in district I4 had from 2 to I0 or more representatives present. The host society, Rainy River was out in full force to lend encouragement and support to its officers and committees. Some delegates came as far as 800 miles round trip.
