TERRACE BAY RECREATION NEWS PARENT & PEE WEE SWIM PROGRAMME : The Terrace Bay Recreation Department is in- troducing a new programme this year involving children from one year of age to kindergarten. This particular programme, "Parent and Pee Wee" will be held in the Beginners Pool in our swim- ming complex. The parent must accompany the child to his or her classes. In the event a parent cannot accompany the child, a guardian will be permitted to do so. The purpose of the parent accompaning the child is not to teach or instruct the child, but rather guide help and - encourage (train) their child as he or she learns. There will be two swimming sessions, one July 8th - July 3I, the second August Ist - August 30th. The in- structor for the July sess- ion is Joan Persson, and the August instructor Wendy McMillan.
