MAY I, I974 TERRACE BAY NEWS IC PAGE 9 LEGION AUXILIARY TO LEGION 223 The general meeting on April 22nd was open- ed with the singing of O Canada. Roll call and minutes of the last meeting were read along with the treasurer's report and correspondence. Reports from the various committees followed. Twenty-eight ladies were in attendance. The Ladies Auxiliary was in need of a new sports chairman - Marion Pluta has filled this position. S. Gusul and J. Megraw gave their report of the District meeting held at Nipigon on the 6 'and 7th of April. The Ladies Auxiliary was presented with the membership plaque. Many interesting points were learned during the question and answer period. Anyone having Canada Packers labels kindly give these to Marg Duriez. Letters will be sent out to members who have not yet paid their dues. Coming Events & Conveners: May Ist - Kimberly-Clark Management Dinner convener Jean Fisher, co-convener Dot Coupal May 7th, executive meeting. May I8th, Wallwin Wedding convener E.
