After old business was read two new members May Caldwell, and Ollie Chapman were initiated into the Auxiliary. Lois MacRae was thanked for her donation of a large cutting board for the kitchen. The Birthday Party will be on October I9th with invitations going out to Schreiber, Mara- thon and Manitouwadge. The ladies who worked in the kitchen for the Grand Opening were thanked for making the dinner such a success. A thank you note will be sent to Leon Theriault for his help. Due to rising costs a motion was passed to give the executive a bigger allowance. The Penny Auction will be cancelled until spring. Dave Gunter has volunteered to make a small table for the kitchen. There will be a shuffle board tournament on October I3th. Contact Lois MacRae if you wish to enter. The Thanksgiving Hamper will be drawn on the 5th of October.
