Macadam, Birchwood Terrace, over the weekend. Also with the Macadam's recently were Mrs. E. Dackray of Port Coquitlam and Mr. and Mrs. A.R. Dejeet and their children Ritchie and Susan of Waterloo, Ontario. Mrs. Ted Wainikka and her family of Winnipeg spent the last two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gerow, Mrs. Wainikka's parents. Mrs. Wainikka has now gone on to visit Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wainikka in Cloud Bay. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Deedo of Pembrooke are holidaying at Walker Lake, while visiting rela- tions and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Hill of Pine Grove are visiting Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd McLellan. Colleen and Susan MacDonald have been visit- ing relations in Atikokan. Kevin and Mitchel McLaughlin are visiting their Aunt and Uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Davey McKay in Sioux Lookout. Mr. and Mrs. Alf Giles of Burmingham, Eng- land are spending a month with the latter's sister and husband Mr. and Mrs. Reg Bailey. While they are here the Giles will be taken to visit the Bailey's sons and their families - Mr. and Mrs. David Bailey of Ramsy and Mr. and Mrs. Brian Bailey of Kinkarden. Mrs. Violet Anderson of Thunder Bay is the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Whitton. RUBY REBEKAH LODGE MEETING A smorgasbord supper preceded the June 27th meeting of Ruby Rebekah Lodge which consisted of a variety of delicious salads and casseroles plus desserts. Mrs. Mavis Slater immediate Past Pres. thanked the members for the kindnesses shown her by the Lodge during her tenure of office. Mrs. Hamilton gave a few highlights of her attendance as Representative to the Assembly. It is expected that Mrs. Margaret Duckwor- th, President of the Rebekah Assembly will be making her official visit to Ruby Lodge on September I2th.
