Euclid Forgues, principal of Lake Superior High School in Terrace Bay and community organizer for the cable extention, is delighted with the new educational service as it will provide a greater variety of televis- ion programming to the community. "It will also decentralize program broadcasting allowing individual access to educational television programming when it is needed" Mr. Forgues added, "We will now have some flexibility in our choice of programs. " A large portion of the programming on the new channel is aimed at the out-of-school audience, al- though there will also be programs of interest to students studying Ontario curriculum, Terrace Bay's channel employs a new type of television network distribution called "bicycling".
