Rutledge and a Touch-and-Take counter will replace the usual bake | yelegation will be here from the Lakehead on Thurs, sale and all members were asked to contribute to this Nov. 16, to meet with the official board -- the new venture. Mrs. Gladys Hamilton reported on the recent Penny Auction sponsored by the C.P.R. committee to aid their work. Mrs. Margaret Weaver won the handknit men's socks draw, Mrs. Anne Etches, the door prize, and Mrs. Weaver won the pole lamp. Mrs. F. Fischer reported on the installation supper and some recent fund-raising projects. Following the next meeting there will be a penny auction and lunch. Members are asked to donate prizes with the Christmas theme in mind. Mrs. Glorie Miller, N.G. .and Mrs. Elizabeth Harris, V.G. Presided. congregation will be welcomed to hear the discussions. Self-denial cards and 50 calendars have been plac -ed on order. A new railing for the church steps has been ordered. The recent coffee break and the dinner catered for the Fastball League were reported as successful . Statements from Mrs. Flora Bryson and Mrs. Marg- aret Smith indicate the union of the two Sunday schools for children is proving successful. Mrs. Dukes and Mrs, Myra Holmes volunteered to purchase gifts for members who have left Schreiber. Mrs. Beth MacAdan read an interesting paper on Cont'd on page 16. .... NOTICE THE SCHREIBER-TERRACE BAY DISTRICT ROMAN CATHOLIC SEPARATE SCHOOL BOARD TAKE NOTICE that The Schreiber-Terrace Bay District Separate School Board on the 26th day of October 1972 passed By-law Number 2 to authorize the borrowing of money by the issue and sale of a Debenture of the said Board in the principal amount of $320,000.00. 1. The purpose for which the money is to be borrowed is the construction of separate school accommo- dation and the supply of equipment. 2. The amount to be borrowed is $320,000.00 on the security of the said Debenture, which shall be a charge upon the schoolhouse property and premises and any other real or personal property vested in the said Board and upon the separate school rates collectible by the said Board. 3.
