(b) the jurisdiction of the Ontario Muni- cipal Board. (c) the structure and organization of the Ontario Municipal Board. (d) the procedures and practices of the Ontario Municipal Board. (e) the procedures by way of appeal from the orders and rulings of the Ontario Municipal Board, includ- ing appeals by way of petitions to the Lieutenant Governer in Council. (f) the relationship of the Ontario Municipal Board in the discharge of its responsibilities with the Provincial Government, Local government and the individual citizen. The Committee invites written briefs from individuals and organizations who may wish to present infor- mation, opinions or suggestions regarding any of the above matters relating to the Ontario Municipal Board. LEMAY-BLYTHE WEDDING HELD AT AIR BASE - Photo by George Patterson The Queen of Heaven Roman Catholic Chapel, CFB Trenton, was the setting of a Saturday, August 5th, wedding when Elizabeth Diane Blythe, became the bride of Joseph Clement Michel Lemay, both of CFB Trenton. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas W. Blythe, London and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Clement Lemay, Terrace Bay. Capt. C. Bourque officiated at the four o'clock ceremony while appropriate wedding music was played by Rober J. Bruce, CFB Europe. : Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length long sleeved gown of white nylon trimm= ed with lace appliques. The lace bodice was criss= crossed with bands of white velvet, deep lace cuffs on the long sleeves and a wedding ring collar. A chapel length veil from a.bouffant veil held in plac with a headband of pink flowers and she carried a bouquet of pink sweetheart roses. The matron of honor, Mrs. Carol Coughlan, Camp Borden and the bridesmaids, Sandra Black, Toronto continued page 5 --
