MARTIN'S SCHOOL Recently our Federal Member of Parliament, Mr. Keith Penner, paid the Grade Eight class of St. Martin's School a visit for a brief question and answer period. Preceeding the question and answer period Mr. Penner explained how the system of parliament works and the process of passing a bill in Canada. Terrace Bay's Reeve Cavanaugh and Mr. L. Eustace, associate lawyer for Mr. Penner, also assisted Mr. Penner in answering a few questions. Topics of the discussion ranged from the British North America Act to the use of drugs by young people today.
