RINGETTE PLAYOFFS At the time of this write-up, the semi-finals had been captured by the Northstars who defeated their opposition, the Canucks, 10-3 and 8-0 to take the series in two straight games. The finals will also be a two-out-of-three series as follows: = Tuesday, March 16th-Northstars @ Sabres Thursday, March 18th ~Sabres @ Northstars Thursday, March 25th = Northstars @ Sabres (if needed) RINGETTE TOURNAMENT The Recreation Committee will be sponsoring a North Shore Ringette Tournament on Tuesday, March 23rd at the Arena. Teams from Wawa, Manitou- wadge and Red Rock are expected to enter, along with two teams from Terrace Bay. First game is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. and the Tournament will continue until 5:00 p.m. Why not drop into the Arena during the day to see our local girls in action?
