Mrs. Sidhu was dressed in her native Sahri and two guides, Carol Weberg and Nancy Bouchard modeled a sahri and a salvarkameech. The. Sahri is worn mostly in Southern India and the sdlvarkameech is the traditional 'Indian dress, which is also the Guide uniform only it is white and a blue shawl! is worn with this. Mrs. Saranpaa thanked the Ladies of the Moose for the lovely meal. Mrs. Howarth and Mrs. Carroll were then called on to present all round cards to Rangers Bev Legault and Linda Melnyk. The highlight of the evening was when Teresa Ramsay and her mother were called to the head table and Mrs. Ramsay pin- ned the Gold Card on Teresa. This is the highest award in Guiding. Gifts were presented to Teresa from the Guides and Rangers. With the singing of Brownie and Guide Taps and the retiring of the colors this brought to a close another successful Mother and Daughter Banquet. .
