Owners of Snowmobiles brought their machines along to participate in the fun. They supplied rides to those wishing to be given a spin around the harbour. The evening ended with a hot bean supper in the hall, followed by singing and dancing. NOTICE OF MEETING Gerry Isherwood will be the guest speaker at the regular meeting of the Schreiber Public School Home and School Association on March 4th at 8 P.M. Mr. Isherwood is with the health information office of the Thunder Bay District Health Unit. A program will consist of a colour slide presentation concerning the role of the public health inspector, the public health nurse and other programs offered by the health unit. There will be a question and answer period following the presentation. The "Staff House" entered numeréus events, end whet it lacked in competition it made up for in fun. In the evening, the boys basketball team was defeated by the Teachers with a score of 45 to 24. A Sock Hop followed in the gymnasium. Friday, the events began with a Skidoo Parade from the * School to the Arena. Events took plece in the arena and in the high school. Thanks ere extended to the Anglican Church Women who pro- vided a delicious lunch of cabbage rolls, chili or homemade beans during the noon hour.
