Mona Dakin was the lucky winner of the Turkey raffle sponsored by St. Martin's Grade Eight Class. Mona is in Grade one, and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Dakin, Kenogami Road. ANDERSON A pot luck supper was held at the home of Mrs. Martha Strome, when the ladies of the bridge club ROSSPORT The children of the village are practising for a - Christmas Concert. An open meeting of the villagers was held at the school Sunday, December 20th to form an operating committee for the building for 1971. The school was built in 1949 and R.T. Kenney was the teacher . The ratepayers having paid for this building by their taxes and a school grant are going to try to keep the school building as a Rossport hall or community centre.
