TERRACE BAY NEWS We're wishing all our friends and neighbors all the gaiety of an old-fashioned Yule. CEBRARIO'S HARDWARE Schreiber - 824-2511 Terrace Bay - 825-3224 Phone 622-7079 NEW METHOD Insulation & Supply Phone 345-1277 Thunder Bay, Ontario DEAR FRIENDS OF CHINESE CHILDREN Greetings from Hong Kong. Please accept our sincere thanks for the used Christmas Cards that you have so kindly sent to the Chinese Children's Prayer League. ; These cards will be distributed to Chinese children who, otherwise, would not have such beautiful re- minders of the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ. 'The outside edges of the card were framed in a crisp, burnt cardboard. Some Chinese kiddie had brought home a used Christmas Card, had kept it hidden for the coming Christmas ... but the flames had found the treasured possession and had devoured most of the card! : The used Christmas Cards, and other cards, that you send are a reminder to these children, that SOME- BODY CARES. On their behalf, let me thank you again for sending the. The Rev. John Bechtel, D.E., Founder-Director, 1957-70, Chinese Children's Prayer League.
