JUNIOR BADMINTON STARTS SATURDAY Players who registered for the Junior Badminton Clinic are reminded that the first session will start this Saturday, October 24th. | Sessions are held as follows: - 10-12 years - 10:00 (to 11:00 a.m.; 13-15 years = 11:00 = 12:00 noon. Players should ... - wear proper footwear - bring their own racquet = bring their registration fee of 25¢ = be on time for their sessions. A limited quantity of extra racquets will be avail- able, however each player should try to bring their own. RINGETTE:~ Registration forms for Ringette have been circulated through the schools and extra forms are available at the Recreation Office. : Be sure to REGISTER PRIOR TO OCTOBER 30TH. A local league plus out of town competetion will be held this year IF SUFFICIENT GIRLS REGISTER. ADULT BADMINTON =~ Sessions continue weekly at the High School as follows: - Tuesday - 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. ; Wednesday - 9:00 to 11:00 p.m.; Thurs- day 8:00 - 11:00 p.m. New members and beginners most welcome to attend. ART CLUB - Art Club members meet every Thursday evening in The Craft Room of the Recreation Centre at 8.00 P.M. Have you any interests in the field of art - find out what membership in the Club can mean to you. President M. Middaugh would welcome any ques= tions from persons thinking of joining. At present the Recreation Office is attempting to hold a "Mixed Media" Workshop in early December. More about this Workshop will appear in later issues of the News.
