AINA ADAMO WINS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP On August 8th and 9th 36 holes of golf were played by 8 ladies to determine the Club Champion. Aina Adamo was t the Low Gross win- ner with 89 and 91. A great game! A winner of the J. Adamo Trophy. Runner-up to Club Champion was Peg Wellings with 90 Jo Adamo is shown presenting and 91. Low net trophy to Aina Adamo winner was Key Stefurak with 140 and runner-up was Julie Rattray with 145. Congratulations ladies. On August 9th 12 ladies played 9 holes of golf to determine the most improved golfer. Winner of the Trophy was Ethel Boyd with a low gross score of 67. Runner-up was Donna Gorham with a score of 70. Low net was Joyce Mercier with 65 and runner-up was Cathy-Jo Cotton with a 71. Con- gratulations are extended to these ladies. Congratulations are in.order for Peg Wellings who was runner-up to Low Gross with 194 in the two day tournament at Chapple's Golf Club last weekend.
