H SHTIIITNG EET ON SATURDAY Starting at 1:30 PM SHARP on Saturday afternoon, the 3rd Annual Swimming Meet will get underway aot the Pool, 4 complete list of events is available at the Pool for those who are interested in entering. There will be plenty of opportunity for the youngsters who are able and willing to put their best foot forward in the events that have been scheduled, In addition to a full schedule of cvents for our Junior Swimmers, a fow cvents are included for the adults, one of these being the swim across Hays Loke, There will also be a Diving Exhibi- tion and a Life Saving Demonstration with a Clowning Act thrown in for good measure. All of this, of course, is dependent on the weather-man giving us a half-dcocent break in the weather. In case of rain or cold weather, the events will be held on Sundey, seme time, same place, 0-0-0 BOWLING ALLEY RE-OPEN MONDAY Now that the Alleys have had a complete fance~lifting job done on them and the even- ings are becoming shorter and cooler, it's o good time to be thinking about getting in shape for that popular winter pastime of Bowling. Starting this coming Monday, until the end of the month, the Alleys will be open evenings only from 7 till 11 PM Mon~- day through Saturday. Leon will be back in' his favourite spot to take care of your needs at the alleys.
