BASKETBALL SEASON COMES TO AN END MOTE es ee dS ia ee The N.S.S.S.A.A. Girls Basketball finals were played in Terrace Bay during the weekend. Terrace Bay High School hosted these games with teams from Dryden, Selkirk High School, Thunder Bay, Schreiber and Terrace Bay. Friday evening Jerrace Bay took on the Dryden team but they tailed be- hind throughout the game accepting defeat with a score of 36-23 for Dryden. The second game of the evening was a challenge between Schreiber and Selkirk. It was a close match Selkirk winning by a mere basket, 54-52. Saturday brought the teams out ready for more action.
