Minutes of the previous meeting were read and the Treasurer gave her report. The Art Course which is now in progress has two weeks to go and has been Final plans were drawn up for the Annual Art and Crafts Exhibit, the date of which had to be changed 11th, 1970. The Exhibit will be open Friday the 10th from 7.30 to 10.00 P.M and 10 to 12. a.m., 1 to 5 p.m., and evening. Saturday monring hours, be for the children. On Saturday afternoon Mr.Frank Potocnik, Wood Carver, will be in Terrace Bay demonstrating his craft in conjunction with a display sponsored by the Youth & Recreation of the Department of Education. a hobby, Art or Craft they wish to !
