A band, aptly named St. Martin's Rejects, play- ed two selections, which was followed by another play, A Kool, Kat Called Noah. Several selections were played on the piano by Leanne McBride, Michelle*Stortini, Debbie John- son, Michael Stortini and Joanne Bergeron. Teresa Ramsay, Frances Cook, Darlene Mallais and Teresa Falzetta sang two numbers. The highlight of the evening was a Fashion Show and Beauty Contest, with the contestants all being Grade Eight boys. Tn Advance notice is being given by the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 223, Terrace Bay, of the Snowmobile Races to be held on February 7th, 1970 starting at 10.00 a.m. Plans going on promise to make this a bigger and better event than last year. The main event will be a Cross Country race of approximately 20 miles, open to men and ladies, no horsepower restrictions. The entry fee will be 30: Other events taking place in the afternoon will include a Ladies Only, and Ladies and Men's Open. No one under 21 will be eligible to enter these races, nor is this age group eligible to ride any other contestant's machine. All monies received from entrants will be used as prize money. Trophies for each event will be donated by -- Labatt's Breweries. Entries and fees should be in by February Ist.
