An account was given of the Brownie Revel held Saturday May 24 at Rainbow Falls. Terrace Bay Brownie Packs and Leaders joined Schreiber Packs and Leaders for a fun filled day of games, songs, and picnicking. Some 120 girls participated. Mrs. J. Desrosier reported on a successful Cookie Day held in May. Mrs. E. Kettle gave a report on the Father-Daughter Banquet. The banquet was successfully convened by Mrs. M. Santerre. It was noted that camping supplies are very low and anyone having old dishes, towels or anything they feel could be of use to the girls are asked to contact Mrs. S. Caron at 3210. The Senior Guide Rally will be held Saturday May 31 at the High Schoo! with Luach convened by Mrs. S, Duquette at the Community Church. Approxim- ately 80 girls will attend. The meeting was adjourned. No further meetings will be held until September. Lunch was served CARD OF THANKS - The Girl Guides, Brownies and Auxiliary Members wish to thank everyone for helping in so many ways to make their 15th Annual Father and Daughter Banquet such a success. THE GUIDE AND BROWNIE WORLD "During the last month the Guides of the First Terrace Bay Company have been busy preparing for a "Campfire Certificate" under the leadership of Patrol Leaders Celine Landry and Marilyn Kujbida. Excitement prevailed on the night Mrs. Ellen Hodg= kiss came to test the guides. This certifiate is for the whole company to participate in, and after gay action songs and folk songs, were sung. Mrs. Hodg- kiss commented -how well this was presented and passed the company for this "Campfire Certificate." Kathy, Weberg, Leigh Anne McBride and Carol Bouchard were enrolled into the first company'. Mesdamnes Bouchard and Carols grandmother, Mrs . Austin, were present with Mrs. Vezina, Leigh~Anne's grandmother.
