TERRACE BAY NEWS VWol.i2 Ne, 47 ' DOCTORS CLARIFY THEIR POSITION Last week's Terrace Bay News carried an account of a meeting held by a Schreiber organization which is misleading. In fairness to all concerned, we feel it should be understood that Dr. Moffat and I are in private practice in the Town of Terrace Bay - there is no direct connection with the Kimberly-Clark Pulp and Paper Company other than those services which we provide for a fee. To be sure, our first concern is to the residents of the community where we live and work and, in addition, we must always keep in mind that with a large industrial establishment such as the Pulp Mill operating 24 hours a day there is always a possibility of a multiple accident urgently requiring the immediate services of trained medical practitioners. While we are in complete sympathy with Schreiber residents and sincerely hope they are able to find a doctor in the very near future, we hope everyone will understand that, if for no other reason than physical limitations, it is impossible for us to provide a full medical service outside of the community of Terrace Bay . Doctors Moffat and McCausland NEW CHIP-N-SAW MILL FOR LONGLAC "Kimberly-Clark Pulp and Paper Company Ltd., has announced plans to build a new chip-n-saw mill at longlac, Ontario.
