The monthly meeting was adjourned, and the annual meeting was opened with the reading of the minutes and each convenor read her reports of all activities of the past year. President Mrs. Corrigan gave her report. The meeting was turned over to the Nominating Committee, chaired by Mrs. A. Regis, who presented a new slate of officers for the Year 1969 - 1970. They were as follows: Director Rev. A.P. Harris; President - Mrs. W. Corrigan; Ist Vice President - Mrs. Leona Fournier; 2nd Vice - Mrs. Ingrid Fournier; 3rd Vice - Mrs. Georgina Lepenski; Secretary - Mrs. Rita McBride; Treasurer - Mrs. Rosalind Kenney. Father Harris presented the gavel to the President and imparted his Blessing. Lunch was served by Mrs. Yvonne Rochon and her committee. NOTICE Terrace Bay Horticultural Society General Spring meeting will be held in the large meeting room of the recreation centre on April 18th, at 8 p.m. Guest Speakers Mr. N. Harrison, Director of District 14, Mr. Koke of Koke's Greenhouse and Mary of Mary's Flower Shop will be doing floral arrangements. Coffee will be served.
