SKI CLUB NEWS Night Skiing will be scheduled for Tuesday and Friday evenings from 7.30 to 10.00 p.m. commencing this Friday, January 31st. This year, ona trial basis, it is proposed to run the tow as a co-operative effort with each member in attendance taking a turn for a short period each night. Important Reminder: Do not ski unless you are equipped with safety straps! A runaway ski on the hill is a lethal weapon. Ina pinch, a set of safety straps can be made up from pieces of stout cord and/ or leather, until you are able to purchase a regular TERRACE BAY NEWS JANUARY 30, 1969 To our snowmobiling friends - some of the ski trails have become quite bumpy and rutted through use by snow machines. In some cases, there have been deep holes where a machine has been stuék. This presents a serious hazard to skiers. If you must travel through the Ski area, please travel slowly and exercise care not to damage our trails. During a ski period, a machine on the ski trail presents an extreme hazard to skiers.
