Professor Kenneth Dawson of Lakehead University delivered a paper on northern develop- ment and discussed the Mid Canada Corridor concept Harold Sault, president of the Northwestern Ontario Indian-Eskimo Association spoke on behalf of our area Indians and warned that time was running out for solutions to native problems.
