CRAWFORD AWARD BRANDON (CP)--Recreation director Buck Matiowsky of the city of Brandon has been named Western Manitoba's Swortsman of the Year and winner of the H. L. Crawford wwemorial award. Matiowsky, 32, assumed his position a year ago and, since then, has organized an extensive recreation program in the city. Garnett Husser was given a unanimous vote of confidence at the Terrace Bay Community Church Annual Congregational Meeting, held Sun- day evening, January 19th.
