Boradhurst, President Plect Mrs. Charlotte Slomke chaired the first ledies Auxilis meeting, Community Church. Mrs. Slorke opened the meeting by welcoming those present and gave a reading on the there "Time", followed by a prayer. The hym, Take Time To Te Holy was sung accompanied by Mrs. Marilyn Chisholm on the piano. Secretary Darbara Wise read the minutes and correspondence ineluding a rote from trs. N. Sutherland gave the treasurer's report. It was gratifying to hear that the Christmes Stockings and Bells presented at the December meeting had produced a sum of $356.84. Mra. Alice Farrow gave her annual report as Property Con- venor. Mr, Husser was called upon to conduct the installation of officers for the coming year. First he gave an address, thanking the Auxiliary for the work they had done for the Church, Manse and community and wished the new executive the very best for 1969.
