Carruthers, President . Mr. Hemsworth continues as Director of Industrial Relations for Kimberly-Clark Pulp and Paper Limited and Spruce Falls Power and Paper Company Limited. A native of Listowel, Ontario, Mr. Hemsworth is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and | holds a certificate in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto. During World War 11, he commanded the 40th (Hamilton) Battery in the Mediterranean and North- Western European theaters . Before joining Kimberly-Clark in 1967, Mr. Hems- worth was Industrial Relations and Personnel Manager of a major Canadian industrial complex. He is past-President of the Montreal Personnel Association, and served as Chairman of the employee relations committee of the Canadian Camber of Com- merce. He was a member of the Canadian delegation to the first Duke of Edinburghs' Study Conference on Human Problems of Industrial Communities.
