Home baking and candy was sold by Mesdames Leo Godin, Brian Webb, M.J. McGrath and George Walsh. Mrs. Alex Power and Mrs. Hartley McKay sold knitted articles. Rel- igious articles were sold by Mrs. Martin Ryan assisted by Misses Arleen Connelly and Colleen Maclsaac . Mrs. E.H. Morrow took charge of the fish pond. Draw tickets were handled by Mrs, J.E.Stokes for two fruit cakes and Mrs. L. O'Brien and Mrs. C. Pearson on a dressed doll and Mrs. G . Jacques for a basket of flowers. Assisting in the kitchen were Mesdames Bill Mullins Aurel Major, Jimmy Speziale, John Power, L.Karns, Gerald Banning and Miss Margaret Banning. The door prize was won by Teresa Ribout, fruitcakes by Mrs. Norman Glad and Mrs. Margaret McKenna, dressed doll by Mrs. Brian Duncan. MISS ROLANDE COURTEMANCHE HONORED Bride-elect for December 2, Miss Rolande Courte- manche was honored by friends at a shower tea héld in the Guild Hall, Friday evening. For the occasion the bride-elect wore an A-line dress in white wool and a corsage of pink carnations. Receiving with her were her mother Mrs. C.A. Court emanche, her fiance's sister-in-law Mrs. Jackie Imbeault and Miss Teresa LeBlanc. Tea was poured by Mrs. D.Huard and Mrs. D.Luke Servitors were Misses Arleen Connelly, Ann Marie St.Jean, Linda Power, Sharon O'Brien, Yvonne Huard, Cathy McGrath, Carol Lapinski and Joyce Mushqush. Mrs Brian Duncan was dining room hostess Miss Cathie LeBlanc attended the gift table and Diane Huard circulated the guest book.
