March 30, 1967 BOB AND HELEN HALES HONOURED Prior to their departure for Little Current, Ont- ario, Bob and Helen Hales were entertained and presented with tokens of remembrance. Bob who has been with the C.P.R. in Terrace Bay for twenty years, was honoured at a stag held by the C.P.R. staff. Both Helen and Bob were entertained at a family dinner when Don and Evelyn Boutilier, Aubrey and Phyl Boutilier, Tom and Phyl Turner enter- tained. Helen was also entertained by her Rumm- oli group at Phyl Boutil- ier's home and by the staff of the Voyageur Restaurant. Mrs. Anna McKie and Mrs. Freda Tees spent Easter weekend together in Timmins, Ontario. Mrs. Duguid of Port Arthur who had been visiting Mr. & Mrs. Martin and Mrs. A. Sinkins has returned to Port Arthur. Jim and Bill Shivas and friend were home for the holidays . ; Mrs. Peggy Wellings has her sister Mrs. Gray and son Jim from Fort William. Also, Mrs. Lambden is here to curl with Peggy in the Ladies Bonspéel over the weekend. . & Mrs. A.Farrow spent the holidays with family in Port Arthur. Easter weekend visitors at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Jack Phillips were Peter Phillips and his fiancee Miss Rae Bedard of Port Arthur. Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Savoy and sons Chris and Brad from Atikokan visit- ed parents Mr. & Mrs. D. Laporte Easter week- end. Home with parents for the holidays were: Bruce Young, Bruce Rapke, Bonnie Gunter, Donna Brown, Bonnie Hamilton, Eddie Kenney, Chris Cavanaugh, Marilyn Marsh, Darlene Larson, Henry Gaulin, Rob Mc. Kechnie, Janice McInnes Margo Anderson, Jackie and Marguerite Mousseau, Lloyd Phillips, Linda Lawrence, Beth Hopper. Mr. & Mrs. A.Gerow visited here from Fort William. Mr. & Mrs. Barney John son of Sudbury visited wit Mr. & Mrs. O.Mennecke Roger Rajotte and Lyle Nicol were also home for Easter. Mrs. Broadhurst has her daughter visiting. Mr. & Mrs. Ed Kennedy { have their son home for the holidays.
