BURNS BANQUET HELD BY MASONIC LODGE Terrace Bay Lodge A.F.& A.M., sponsored their annual 'Burn's Night' Dinner and Dance last Satur- day. Held in the downstairs hall of the Masonic Temple, the affair started with a banquet, complete with the traditional Haggis carried in by Mr.Mills of Heron Bay; Rev.I .G .Husser was M.C. for the evening and also said Grace. Mr.R.Macadam of Schreiber proposed a toast to the Queen and Geo. Mills proposed a toast to Robbie Burns and later gave a poem by Robbie Burns. Geo. Martin also read poetry . The event was catered to by Silver Birch Chapter O.E.S. with Mrs. A.Farrow convening. Music for dancing was provided by Sax Lundberg at the organ and Arnold Almos at the piano.
