LADIES AUXILIARY HOLDS FIRST FALL MEETING On September 6th the first fall meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Community Church was held in the Church Hall. Following the Worship period led by Charlotte Slomke and for which Clara Gould played, reports were given by the various committee members. It was announced that the Annual Retreat for Superior Presbytery would be held at Loon Lake on Saturday, October Ist. Interested members are asked to contact Mrs .Slomke. Mrs .Slomke then presented a program on adver- tising and a game followed. A mock panel of Mesd. Kennedy, Gould, Chisholm and Anderson dealt with some of the suggestive and misleading advertising techniques used in radio and T.V. A question and discussion period followed.
