Frank served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Township for twenty-years and had resided at the Terrace Bay Motor Hotel since it was con- structed. Prior to his departure he was guest of honour at a dinner when the Reeve and Councillors paid tribute to his long and faithful service and a group of his closest friends joined him at the home of Mr.and Mrs.R.Stevens when an oil paint- ing was their parting gift. Frank plans to spend some time in Bracebridge before moving further east. Lenore O'Brien drove east with Mr.and Mrs. Joe McGrath to spend her vacation with her sis- ter Cathy in Pembroke. Mr.and Mrs .Willard Kosnic and family of Tor- onto visited old friends here recently. Mr.and Mrs .G .L.McCuaig and Lloyd of Fort William spent the weekend at their Walker Lake Camp.
