Vol Serving the District INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS HELD SATURDAY The Women of The Moose held their installation of officers on Saturday, June 11th in the Moose Hall. New officers installed were:- Senior Re- gent Betty Sweet, Junior Regent Marge Hamman - Junior Graduate Regent, Mar ge Dejonghe - Chap- lain, Elsie Wills - Recorder, Barb. Dejonghe - Treasurer, Myra Smilsky and Guide, Teresa Gaudet. Junior Graduate Regent Marge Dejonghe presen- ted her Pin to Ann Didura, Past Graduate Regent. The Installing team were Michael Didura, Ed Bel- liveau, Emil Hamman, Don Laporte, Joe Dejonghe, Chuck Levigne, Ken Johnson, Eddie St.Denis, Joe Desaulniers and Joe Wills. Some of this team are pictured above with the officers installed. Mrs .Sweet thanked her co-workers for electing her and presented a gift to Marge Dejonghe. She also presented gifts to each of the men. The installing chairman congratulated the new executive and wished them a successful year. The ladies were served a lovely buffet lunch by the men at a table beautifully arranged with a centrepiece which was a gift from the men. A social followed with music supplied by Fred McColeman and Dave Rigelsford from Schreiber . June 16, 1966 SWIMMING POOL OPENS FOR SEASON The Terrace Bay Community Swimming Pool of- ficially opened for the 1966 season on Wednesday, June 15th. The following temporary schedule for casual swimming will be in effect until June 30th. Regular weekday hours - 1.30 to 6 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Weekends - 1 to 4.30 p.m. and 6.30 to9 p.m. Junior Bowlers trophy winners.
