They were accompanied by their daughter Mary Pat and another daughter Nadine will join her family before the Christmas vacation. To bid farewell after so many years in Terrace Bay many friends joined to express their best wishes in the move. A weiner roast was held at Dr.McCaus- land's lakeshore can p when those attending presen- ted Kay with a travelling bag and Ken with a gift of pipes. A Hydro party was held last weekend, start- ing out with bowling in Terrace Bay to continue with a social evening in the Schreiber Curling Lounge. Ken's co-workers presented them with an electric blanket and bon voyage wishes. The Hockey Association and the Recreation Com- mittee each pre sented Ken with a plaque in appre~ ciation of his long years of conscientious work on their behalf. Marie Edmunds was hostess at an evening of bridge when Kay's Bridge Clubs joined to present her with a parting gift of lovely linens. Emily Lohr enter- tained at a Coffee Party with neighbors presenting Kay with a piece of Blue Mountain Pottery. A pyjama party was held for Nadine at the home of Sheila Chard when her girl friends gave her a brooch and on another occasion her highschool class- mates gathered to present her with a pen and ookpik. Mary Pat was entertained by her grade seven class- mates in St.Martin's separate school last week, re- ceiving a lovely sweater with their parting wishes.
