RECREATION BRIEFS (Continued from page 7) the Midgets and the Little Leaguers. Teen Town Another first for our local Teens was a very suc- cessful beach dance held over the weekend at the Kiwanis Beach. The dance was well supervised and everybody who did turn out was surprised to see the work put in to make this a successful event. The dancing was on a large platform on the Beach with special lighting provided by Kimberly-Clark Pulp & Paper Company. A large open Bar-B-Que stand was in operation, specializing with steak on a bun, hot dogs, coffee and corn on the cob. The Teen executive thank the many people who volunteered their help and the parents who were out to the dance. Individual manufacturers plan to provide further safety devices in addition to these items as either standard or optional equipment.
