Reeve Adamo congratulated this group for their keen interest in the taxpayer's money, but considered it money well spent in the interests of the town's youth. He credited the Sea Cadet Corps with the NEWS Wellings. May 6, 1965 Council passed a motion alloting reim- -bursement to Reeve Adamo when he attended the Municipal League Convention in Port Arthur. David A.Whitley was duly appointed a Constable in the Township of Terrace Bay. Councillor Brown stated Constable Whiteley would arrive from Toronto on April 28th. A request from the Aguasabon Golf Course to supply an outlet for connection of their water supply was agreed to and Reeve Adamo stated a blueprint must be submitted for their proposed turnover of property. On a query by Councillor Cavanaugh, he was in- formed the Townsite Crew had investigated the flood- ing conditions on Department of Highway property adjacent to the Station road, and had made recom- mendation.
