The reply stated that under sub-section 10 of Sec- tion lof the Highway Traffic Act "Highway" includes a common and public highway, street, avenue, parkway, driveway, square, place, bridge, viaduct or trestle, designed and intended for, or used by, the general public for the passage of vehicles." Anyone breaking any of the laws provided by the Highway Traffic Act are therefore subject to the same laws when travelling on any of the roads ad- jacent to the township.
