A banquet will be held in the dining room of the Terrace Bay Motor Hotel on Saturday evening Finals in all three events will be played Sunday afternoon, April 5th General News Club members Following completion of round one for the Sea- gram Trophy, the Duquette, Latour and Bouchard rinks were tied for runner-up position. A round robin was played,the S. Duquette rink of D. Josus, J.Coons and P. Phillips captured the honours A two-way tie for the runner up in the Canadian Oil Trophy has also been decided with the H. Lafontaine rink of E. Partington, P. Kelty and J. Raper defeating the K. Thorsteinson foursome. Following completion of the third round for the Laskin Trophy next week a club bonspiel for mem- bers only will take place on the remaining Tuesday and Thursday evenings to close out the season. All members of both afternoon and evening leagues are eligible to enter. Place your name on the sheet provided in the club room, under the rink position you now play. Skips will then draw names out of a hat to decide their rink personnel for this 'spiel .
