GOSPEL MISSION - Mr. Ron Sheffield Sunday - 11.00 A.M. - Family Hour - 7.00 P.M. - Gospel Bible Hour Wednesday - 7.00 P.M, --- Prayer Meeting BADMINTON TOURNAMENT SUCCESS Over fifty Badminton players from Marathon Terrace Bay, Schreiber, Red Rock and Nipigon took part in a social tournament here last Sunday. This is the second in several such tournaments scheduled on the North Shore. The tournament lasted from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m and games of mixed doubles, ladies doubles, ments doubles and singles were played. Cof- fee and lunch were served to make the after- noon a complete success. Executive members from all clubs met dur- ing the day and planned a North Shore Cham- Ppionship Tournament to be held in Red Rock in mid-April. Club Champions from each of the towns will compete there for an area championship in Ladies' singles, Ladies' doubles, mixed doubles, men*s singles and ments doubles. Local badminton sessions continue every Monday from 8 - 10.30 and every Wednesday from 8.30 to 10.30. FITNESS CLASSES-. Men - every Thursday from 4.30 to 6.30 P.M. at the High School. Ladies - every Thursday from 8 - 9.30 at the High School. Mrs.Rita Ziegleman and daughter Cheryl recently visited her Mother and sisters in Fort William and her Father who is a patient in McKellar Hospital. Elizabeth and Linda Hayes appeared as guest soloists in the Hurkett Winter Carnival on Sunday, March lst.
