Enroute they visited a daughter and son-in-la Mr, & Mrs, J. Young in Dryden and another daughter and son-in-law, Returning home via the Sault they were accompanied to Terrace Bay by their son Oliver, At present visiting at the Lehto home is another daughter Mrs. W. Anderchuk of Sudbury and children. Mr. & Mrs. J. Stark and children of Dryden are visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. & Mrs. R, Ostling. Mr, & Mrs. Bob Middaugh and Ainsley were in Fort Frances for the weekend visiting Mrs, Middaugh's parents, Mr. & Mrs, Paul Federchuk Ainsley remained to spend the rest of August with her grandparents, Mrs. Helen Fedun with Patricia and Valerie returned home Sunday having visited relatives in Kenora and Keewatin the past two weeks. Leading Airwoman No. 1 Mrs. George Keeley paid a brief visit with her relatives and aunt Mrs. Frances Fontaine last week before returning to her base at Edgar, Ontario, wher she is a Jet fighter Control Operator, Mrs. Keeley, the former Diane Fontaine of Terrace Bay, was married in Edmonton on July. 11th. Mr, and Mrs, J, Bjarnson of Fort William visited in Terrace Bay last weekend with Gertrude and Reg. Cotton, and during the past week guests included Mr, and Mrs. Milt McLaren and Mr, and Mrs. Gordon Ransey of Sudbury. Joan Lundberg of Heron Bay is visiting her parents Mr. and Mrs, S. Lundberg and has as her guest Miss Marilyn Larson of Fort William this week. Sadie Gaulin and Gertrude Boyd enjoyed a week of painting throughout this district, stopping off at Rossport, Pays Plat, Red Rock the Lakehead, Dorian, Geraldton and Stevens, Glen Polhill returned home to Fort William Sunday after a weeks' visit in Terrace Bay with his brother Rick. Mr, and Mrs, Andrew Anderson of Chicago are visiting with his brother Walter and family this week. Vi and Bill Wainikka with Vincent and Barry of Port Arthur are guests of the Norval Banks this week, Mr, and Mrs. Jim Beddard and family return-| ed last week from their vacation the past month in Lac Lu with Jim's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Harold Geady with son Gary of Port Colborne, Ont. visited with Mr, & Mrs. Ernie Kettle and family on their return trip from the west coast. A Pre-Bazaar Sale of Girls Blouses has been arranged by the Catholic Women's League for Saturday, August 20th in St, Martin*s Church Hall, -- STORK. CLUB Born to, Mr. & Mrs. R. Garneau of Jackfish, a daughter, on August 18th, Born to, Mr, & Mrs, Robert J. Wood of Schreiber, a daughter, on August 17th, Born to, Dr. & Mrs. B, McDonald of Terrace Bay, a daughter, on August 17th. Born to, Mr. & Mrs. L. Pineault of Terrace Bay, identical twins, a daughter on August 15, and a son on August 21st. Permission has been granted by the Public Works Department to instal "Terrace Bay News" signs on Post Office Premises. Mr. J, Cumming is presently working on these and as soon as they are completed they will be specced at the front and rear of the Post done: by two "News"
