In charge of the Camp was Captain Mrs.Lois Downey, Quartermaster Mrs, ' Pat Lindberg and Nurse Mrs.Mary Hale while | Marven Steen and Joan Rolland rotated in | 'Peat trips to camp to instruct in swimming. | Joining the thirteen girls from the First | Terrace Bay Guide Company were four Guides | from Marathon and four Guides from Manitou- wadge. Jim Crawford has returned home from St, Johns, Newfoundland were he had taken Grade XII at the Prince of Wales College during the past term. He will spend the summer with his parents, Mr.& Mrs.A.Crawford before returning to College in the Fall. Alex Crawford and Henry Duriez left by. car last Friday for Montreal. From there they will fly to St.Johns to be guests of Alex' parents, Mr.& Mrs.H,8.Crawford and to enjoy a fishing expedition. Recent guests at the home of Mr.& Mrs. _ A.R,Ostling were Mr.& Mrs. Jerry Kanor and family from Eveleth, Minnesota, Mr.Gordon Rowlandson and daughter Vanda, from Neenah, Wisconsin and Mr.& Mrs.Wilfred Ostling from Montreal.
